Yes, there are plenty parkings on site at our kelso boat launch site, its the first right after the entrance gate where all the boards are being unloaded, and its very safe to leave your belongs in your car as well.

unfortunately, this is no wifi on site, but it does have a good cellular reception within the Ontario network, 5G capable 

The nearest airport is Pearson (YYZ), and Uber is very accessible to get around
